- On your computer, open Chrome
- Go to eaglenet.jbu.edu
- In the upper-left corner, just to the left of the address bar, click on the Site Information button > Cookies and Site Data
- Select Manage On-Device Site Data
- Click on the trashcan for any sites ending with .jbu.edu, then click Done
- Refresh the pages so that the changes sync
