To complete a password reset, you must have a reset email on file.  Please follow the instructions below.  If you do not successfully receive a password reset code, contact the Help Desk to add a password reset email to your account.  


1.  Go to eaglenet.jbu.edu and click on Forgot Your Password (or go directly to https://www.jbu.edu/technology_services/reset-forgotten-password/)



2. On the password reset screen, enter your username (do not include @jbu.edu) and click Submit Request.




3.  A password reset email will be sent to your email address on file (not your JBU email address).   Input the code, create a new password and confirm it, then click Submit New Password.



Tips:  If you do not see an email with a code, check your Junk/Spam folders and any Promotional folders you might have.
