To complete a password reset, you must have a reset email on file.  Please follow the instructions below.  If you do not successfully receive a password reset code, contact the Help Desk to add a password reset email to your account.  


Reset a Forgotten Password


A.  Go to eaglenet.jbu.edu and click on Forgot Your Password (or https://info.eaglenet.jbu.edu/jbu-password-reset/).

B.  On the password reset screen, enter your username (do not include @jbu.edu) (#1) and click Send a Code Now (#2).





C. A password reset email will be sent to your email address on file (not your JBU email address).  Click on the link in the email or copy and paste the code from the email into the code box.  If you click on the link in the email, a new page will open, and the code will be entered automatically in the code field. Re-enter your username. Click Submit.

D.  Set up a new password following the password requirements.  Click Submit.


E. Continue to login to desired site.


Tips:  If you do not see an email with a code, check your Junk/Spam folders and any Promotional folders you might have.
