To complete a password reset, you must have a reset email on file.  Please follow the instructions below.  If you do not successfully receive a password reset code, contact the Help Desk to add a password reset email to your account.  

1.  Go to and click on Forgot Your Password (or go directly to

2. On the password reset screen, enter your username (do not include and click Submit Request.

3.  A password reset email will be sent to your email address on file (not your JBU email address).   Input the code, create a new password and confirm it, then click Submit New Password.

Tips:  If you do not see an email with a code, check your Junk/Spam folders and any Promotional folders you might have.
